Refunds: A refund will be given to the customer if they are not satisfied. But only under the agreement that I will keep all prints and cds. You may not make a purchase If session not paid for.

Deposits: For weddings I will require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. 

Breaking a Contract: If you break a contract by not showing up or canceling without rescheduling then you will lose your deposit.

Changing a Contract: If you need to change your booked date, the hours you shoot, or the amount of people etc.. there will be no charge.

Assistant: I will have my assistant with me at all times during a shoot. My assistant is there to help me, with my equipment, helping me pose you, and anything I may need his or her help with.

Payment Methods: I except cash, checks, and credit cards. Please make checks out to Sandy Mostia or Mystic Creations Photography. And all credit card payments will be done through paypal up front. Anything over $200.00 a fee will be included.

Travel: I will travel for a certain distance at no cost. After 50 miles there will be a .45 per mile charge. Out of state travel must be paid by the customer. 

Permissions: I will ask you at the time of your shoot, If you would allow me to use your photos on my website. It allows me to show my work to other clients, and build my portfolio. If you agree, I will hand you a form to sign basically giving me permission.

Refuse of Service: I can refuse service to anyone at anytime...no questions asked!
